Exterior Drawing

Exterior drawing is the practice of sketching the urban environment from observation. Identifying a subject/focal point, composition, values, colour, rendering techniques and exploring various styles are all a part of the exterior drawing curriculum. The practice of sketching strengthens these fundamentals and helps build the foundation to create and evocative and emotive picture.
